Cameron Broach joined James Island Veterinary Hospital in September 2024. Originally from Columbia, SC Dr. Broach fulfilled a lifelong dream of living on the South Carolina coast when she moved to James Island in the summer of 2024.
Dr. Broach graduated from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in May of 2000. Her professional interests include ophthalmology, surgery, and small mammals such as rabbits and rodents.
Outside of veterinary medicine Dr. Broach enjoys all things salt water including saltwater fishing and boating, reading, fitness and attending college sporting events (Go Tigers! Go Vols!)
Dr. Broach shares her home on James Island with her husband, Ronnie, their four daughters, Sarah, Megan, Keira, and Gracey and lots of animals: Fiona (Great Pyrenees), Gus (Golden Retriever), Bailey (maltipoo), and her heart dog Penny (long haired chihuahua) as well as four rescue cats: Oliver, Raisin, Pirate, and Trevor.
