Dr. Ryan Pelletier began working in the veterinary field as an undergraduate student. He earned a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Connecticut in 2008 before attending veterinary school at North Carolina State University.
In addition to canine and feline medicine, Dr. Pelletier participated in multiple elective courses and externships during veterinary school to gain experience with exotic species and wildlife. After graduating from veterinary school in 2016, he completed a one-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at BluePearl Georgia Veterinary Specialists in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Pelletier’s other areas of interest include internal medicine, ophthalmology, and preventative care. Outside of work, Dr. Pelletier enjoys spending time outdoors, drawing and painting, and live music. He shares his home with two dogs (Baloo and Macy), two cats (Nigel and Pumpkin), and several small exotics.
